Until now, commenting against documents have only been available to registered users. Unregistered users can now comment but those comments will require approval. We intend to lift this condition after an initial trial period.

Unfortunately at present, there is no way for you to be informed automatically if someone has commented against your documents. The easiest way to check this out is to visit your Profile page and select the Documents tab, which shall show number of comments against each of your documents.
