What you are experiencing today is our first cut (hence called Alpha).
The key bug in the system is related to document processing. From time to time, a document you upload may trigger an error message requesting manual intervention, due to attributes of that document (especially on .pdf files), e.g. protected pdf files. When this happens, it takes a while to clear the error message (depending on availability of resources at our end). So, if your document takes longer to process and looks like this
,
please do not delete the document. It will eventually be intervened to aid the completion of processing.
We have also experienced significant delays in processing the flash document. Again, please do not delete the document - we will intervene as usual to aid the completion.
We appreciate this is not satisfactory and therefore please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.
