allows companies to exchange financial documents such as invoices and
purchase orders seamlessly and manage payments associated with these
documents online.
Accountis EIPP is a suite of financial management solutions covering the
entire accounts receivable and accounts payable functions with the highest
levels of PKI security. Accountis Enterprise AR enables organisations to
capture purchase orders, issue invoices, control debtors and collect
payments. Accountis Enterprise AP enables organisations to create
purchase orders, receive invoices, handle disputes and submit payments.
Accountis is at the forefront of standards development as a sponsor
member of OASIS and BASDA. The Accountis system is compliant with
the EU VAT Directive and can also play a role in the requirements of
Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Integration with trust schemes such as
Identrus, and full use of PKI allowing the use of Digital Certificates either
on Smart Cards or Hardware Security Modules ensures state-of-the-art
security throughout the system.
