An employee's use of her employer's laptop computer at her home to communicate with her lawyer via a personal e-mail account provided by a third party did not invalidate the attorney-client privilege of those communications, even though a forensic consultant working for the employer was able to recover the contents of those e-mail messages.

Steve, read parts of the document. This clearly shows what happens when you become complacent, and rules and regulations are not taken seriously by those who sign them. We all need to sharpen our acts.
