Case Study 5 - Accounting for time

Kim is a chartered management accountant. She has recently started her own accounting business having been in industry for many years. She works from a home office but is often out building a client base and joining business networks. Kim wants to balance personal and business goals - having planned to get married in the middle of her first year as a sole trader.

Case Study 6 - Controlling time effectively for a work-life balance.

Dave has spent many years working in a large corporate but has started his own change management consultancy, collaborating with other specialists within a network. Dave works from home and hence has no restrictions on his work time, although he likes to be out of the office about 40% of the time. He is a keen sportsman and wants to maintain a healthy work-life-balance.
