www.edocr.com provides a document interactivity platform for businesses both small and large. The first version (public alpha) of the product has been operational since Sept 2007. We are now in the process of raising our first round of external funding, and seek a proven C-level executive to assist the CEO in fund raising and building a solid management structure for rapid growth post funding.

The successful candidate:
• ideally, have a background in web application based businesses for the enterprise. Business development experience in document management systems and enterprise content management systems are a plus.
• have a demonstrable track record in raising venture capital funding and creating significant value for VC backed technology start-ups at Board level.
• have the personal skills and experience to both challenge and support a skilled management team in a pre-revenue technology company.
• available to spend more than 3 days per month with the company.
