Raj, It's good to see you sharing a generalised version of your business plan with the community. I also published the business plan of my failed startup, ebdex on edocr.com including various other documents I produced in the past. With respect to edocr, I have taken the decision to not concentrate on a business plan, but more on an operational plan that encompass all aspects of a business plan, as we are concentrating on revenue generation instead of raising venture capital funding. To me this makes sense, as we concentrate heavily on the short term, which is in contrast to a business plan which tends to focus on medium to long-term. Rightly or wrongly, I am adapting a more pragmatic view with edocr, where lot more blue sky thinking went into ebdex, which resulted in producing seven revisions of business plans over a 2 year period.
