HansaWorld makes Accountancy Age awards shortlist for second year
HansaWorld Enterprise, named Accountancy Age Mid-Range Software of the Year in 2006, has been shortlisted for the same award again in 2007. HansaWorld Enterprise is the only member of last year’s shortlist to appear again this year, the fourth year it has been nominated.
Accountancy Age, the UK’s leading source of news and information for accounting and finance professionals that reaches more than 65,000 qualified finance professionals a week, celebrates success and achievement across the entire industry with its annual awards. For the software award, judges look for customisable software suitable for the needs of large and growing businesses with complex accounting needs. The award also covers software suitable for practice management in accountancy firms with between 5 and 15 partners.
As well as the overall success of the package, the judges also look at customer care, design quality, ease of use, functionality, reliability, technical innovation and value-for-money.
“With HansaWorld Enterprise we’re pushing the boundaries of what is available in a single, integrated accounting and business management solution,” says UK sales director Stephen Jay. “We’re delighted to be recognised among the industry leaders again this year.”
HansaWorld’s entry is supported by testimonials from customers including Experian Integrated Marketing, Topcon and telecommunications infrastructure firm ICEE.
In support of the 2006 entry, St John’s Hospital said it had “researched accounts software packages in great detail and decided that HansaWorld was best suited to our needs. It was efficient, easy to use and best of all, offered flexibility not generally available… . Having completed a year-end on the system I must say that it was painless and quick and our auditors are equally impressed.”
The 2007 Accountancy Age awards will be announced at a banquet in the Battersea Park Arena on Wednesday November 14. The other shortlisted nominees are Coda 2Control, Coda Dream and Rugged Logic.
Congratulations. Do you have any comparative figures that can be shared with public on new revenues due to publicity arising from Accountancy Age nominations and awards?
Best regards
