The Group includes the UK’s leading brand in gaming manufacturing and a nationally recognised expert in gaming machine operation.

The Group was formed in 2002, following a management buyout of Kunick plc, and has more than 50 years experience in the gaming and amusement machines sector.

Danoptra Gaming Group comprises Gamestec Leisure, Bell-Fruit Group, Leisure Connection, On Board Leisure and RLMS.

The Group is in the process of transforming itself to focus on three core activities going forward - gaming machine design, assembly and distribution through Bell-Fruit Group, gaming content design (also through Bell-Fruit Group) and machine operations in the UK retail market through Gamestec. Bell-Fruit has shown its potential in 2007 on the back of continued UK success with a range of machines based on a very strong brand licensing strategy and in its continued expansion into European export markets,
particularly Spain. The operational development of Gamestec, through a transformation project called ‘Fit For the Future’, will
deliver a business more aligned with customer needs and better equipped to capture opportunities in a
changing market.

Through Bell-Fruit and Gamestec, the Group is ideally positioned to capitalise on the exciting opportunities presented by the continued evolution of gaming products, the retail marketplace and changing legislation.
