Do I need to sign a contract?

You do not need to sign a contract, but must agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy at all times. You can cancel your subscription anytime without a penalty, and further payments will not be taken. At cancellation, your account will be downgraded to FREE plan. You have the option to remove the account and accompanying documents completely, or upgrade when suited. We take the first payment on the day you upgrade your account, and monthly or annually thereafter based on your pricing plan until the account is cancelled.

What payment options are available?

You can pay by Paypal or credit card using Paypal on monthly or annual basis.

In addition, UK customers can pay via Direct Debit facilitated by GoCardless by entering your bank details.
