Do I need to sign a contract?
You do not need to sign a contract, but must agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy at all times. You can cancel your subscription anytime without a penalty, and further payments will not be taken. At cancellation, your account will be downgraded to FREE plan. You have the option to remove the account and accompanying documents completely, or upgrade when suited. We take the first payment on the day you upgrade your account, and monthly or annually thereafter based on your pricing plan until the account is cancelled.
What payment options are available?
All subscriptions are based on Paypal. You can pay by credit card if you do not have a Paypal account. Invoice can be raised for bank transfer, but we cannot upgrade your account until the full payment is cleared. Invoicing is not available for monthly pricing plans. There will also be an additional handling charge of $40 per invoice.
