The “Api Wenuwen Api Fund” is a collaboration between The Ministry of Defence and the Central Bank of Sri Lanka to build 50,000 houses for the serving Tri-Service personnel. The gift of housing is one of the best and most tangible ways to demonstrate our gratitude and appreciation to those who are defending our country against terrorism. As part of the fund raising campaign, three cultural shows are planned for this month, these being:

This is a paper for a new paradigm. To shift from paradigm 1.0 to paradigm 2.0 we have to gain a better understanding of the relationship between technology, knowledge and cultural change. We need to do this to understand the nature of humanity, the impact we are having on the planet, and how we can begin to do something about it. Its also an experiment in using edocr.
