 <description>&lt;p&gt;This is a paper for a new paradigm. To shift from paradigm 1.0 to paradigm 2.0 we have to gain a better understanding of the relationship between technology, knowledge and cultural change. We need to do this to understand the nature of humanity, the impact we are  having on the planet, and how we can begin to do something about it. Its also an experiment in using edocr.&lt;/p&gt;
