The Government of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka (GOSL) intends to apply for a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for infrastructure development and intends to utilize part of the loan towards the cost of a new National System Control Centre & SCADA System (NSCC&SS) Project of the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB- Executing Agency), the state owned Public Power Utility.
