It is about leadership among lay people, which made a major paradigm shift in Emperor Asoka in 266 BC, from Chandasoka (Cruel Asoka) to Dharmasoka (Pious Asoka).

In the book I have presented the essence of the Ten Fundamental Qualities of leadership as a synopsis so that the individual reader can apply it to his or her life irrespective of age or gender.
