Bill Gates himself said back in 2007 that “the Yellow Pages are doomed within 5 years“; people will search online to find what they are looking for and the business owners that do not adapt to and embrace the online world will follow the Yellow Pages into oblivion. It’s a harsh message, but a message that businesses will be foolhardy to ignore.

Jonathan Ross and Russell Brand's lewd calls to actor Andrew Sachs were a "deplorable intrusion with no editorial justification", the BBC Trust has said. Chairman Sir Michael Lyons supported Ross's 12-week suspension, adding that no further action would be taken. He said the furore could have been avoided if BBC management had followed the corporation's editorial guidelines. It was "not rocket science" to have expected a show featuring Ross and Brand to cause trouble, he added.

PHP, which stands for "PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor", is an HTML-embedded scripting language. Much of its syntax is borrowed from C, Java and Perl with a couple of unique PHP-specific features thrown in. The goal of the language is to allow web developers to write dynamically generated pages quickly.

The iPhone is an internet-connected multimedia smartphone designed and marketed by Apple Inc. with a flush multi-touch screen and a minimal hardware interface. The devices lacks a physical keyboard, so a virtual keyboard is rendered on the touch screen. The iPhone's functions include those of a camera phone and portable media player (equivalent to the iPod) in addition to text messaging and visual voicemail. It also offers Internet services including e-mail, web browsing, and local Wi-Fi connectivity.
