affirmatory back to sleep again? Do you have high daytime sleepiness? Do you feel like you
can never get enough rest? You can end tiredness forever with just a few simple steps.
Excessive Sleep
Getting enough sleep may be only side of the reason that you're feeling so wiped out. There
are several different factors that can affect how well rested you are. Nutrition can play a
major factor in how much energy you have or don't have. If you are constantly feeling
lethargic and draggy, it could be because you aren't getting enough of the essential vitamins
and minerals that your body needs. One way to get more energy is to change the way you eat.
Make it a point to get plenty of fresh fruits and veggies and instead of eating foods made
from white flour, make sure that all your carbohydrates are from whole grains and foods like
sweet potatoes. These types of complex carbohydrates will burn more slowly and turn into
energy instead of sugar. Make sure to get plenty of protein, too, as this is another great source
of energy. Changing your diet can be one step toward ending tiredness forever. Another thing
that can cause you to be experiencing excessive daytime sleepiness, feeling drained and
exhausted all the time is a lack of exercise.
When you work out, your body releases endorphins that help you to feel good. In addition to
this, a good work out will help you to improve your circulation and heart and lung function,
which can actually help to reduce problems such as sleep apnea and restless leg syndrome.
Also, by getting a good workout in and then allowing your body the time it needs to be able
to cool down properly, you can reduce any types of anxiety based sleep problems. Excessive
