Company Declares Quarterly Dividend on Class A

DENVER--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Apartment Investment and Management Company ("Aimco") (NYSE:
AIV) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share of Class A
Common Stock for the quarter ended June 30, 2010, payable on August 31, 2010, to stockholders of record on
August 20, 2010.
