CAVU AVIATION RENTAL AGREEMENT

In the interest of safety to myself, my passengers, public and private property, and the aircraft, I
agree to carefully observe and comply with all of the following requirements as set forth on this
renter’s agreement:
1. I will call and advise CAVU Aviation, (920) 405-0506 (Green Bay) or (920) 836-2566
(Neenah), in the event of more than a 30-minute delay, deviation, or any other
unexpected circumstances.
2. I will return the aircraft at the agreed time, weather permitting.
3. I agree to comply with the following requirements made to safeguard myself and the
aircraft:
a. To inspect and made a ground check of the aircraft before takeoff and not
to take off unless the aircraft has been determined to be airworthy.
b. To observe all Federal and State air safety regulations.
c. To obtain weather reports and forecasts immediately prior to any flight.
d. To permit no one else to fly the aircraft or take instruction from anyone
other than a CAVU Aviation instructor.
e. To land only at established airports except in an emergency.

If destination is further than 100 miles from GRB / 79C, the name of the
destination airport and phone number must be left with CAVU Aviation.
g. To make overnight flights only with the approval of CAVU Aviation.
h. No repairs will be made to any aircraft without prior approval from the
management of CAVU Aviation.
i. The aircraft will not be left at another airport unless it is impossible to
return it to GRB / 79C, in which case I will be responsible for the
expenses of retrieving the aircraft.
j. No simulated forced landings will be practiced below 500’ AGL.
k. To fly at least every 90 days in the same type aircraft as renting or retake
a flight checkout from a CAVU Aviation instructor.
4. CAVU Aviation has an aircraft insurance policy through Wings Insurance Agency
underwritten by AIG Aviation which covers us for:
