China Wireless Announces It Has Changed Its
Name to Media Exchange Group, Inc.

LOS GATOS, Calif.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--China Wireless Communications by its corporate counsel,
Rachel Baer, announced today that the company has changed its name to Media Exchange Group, Inc. This action,
taken through the Nevada Secretary of State’s office, has been taken to better reflect the business of the Company.
Until such time as the company has receives its new ticker symbol the company will continue to trade as CWLC.PK.
In addition the company has acquired all rights title and interest to the intellectual property of Malibu Entertainment
Group, a Delaware company. The acquisition includes $100,000 in cash and marketable securities and new mobile
application and digital media products. The company will further develop wireless technology in the Web,
Broadcast, Digital Media and Mobile Application areas.
The Board of Directors has ratified this action, after obtaining the required majority shareholder vote.
