Embarcadero Aircraft Securitization Trust
Announces Launch of Consent Solicitation of
Holders of All Notes
June 16, 2010 10:59 AM Eastern Daylight Time
WILMINGTON, Del.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Embarcadero Aircraft Securitization Trust, a Delaware
business trust (“EAST”), today announced that it had commenced soliciting consents (the “Consent Solicitation”)
from holders of its Class A Notes, Class B Notes, Class C Notes, and Class D Notes (CUSIPS 29078PAA8,
29078PAB6, 29078PAC4, 29078PAD2, and 270087ZZ9), (the “Notes”), to effect the proposed amendments
(the “Proposed Amendments”) to the indenture dated as of August 25, 2000 governing the Notes (the “Indenture”).
Upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the consent solicitation statement dated June 16, 2010
(“Consent Solicitation Statement”), the Proposed Amendments are being sought by EAST to facilitate the ongoing

believes no longer serve their original intended purpose of protecting Holders’ interests. EAST proposes to modify
these restrictions to allow those charged with managing EAST’s assets to maximize the value of the remaining assets
for the benefit of the Holders and reduce associated expenses.
If the Proposed Amendments are approved, such amendments will require, in addition to the amendment of multiple
provisions of the Indenture, the amendment to certain provisions of the other documents relating to the Indenture,
including, without limitation, the Servicing Agreement. In all cases, however, the amendments to such other
documents would reflect the Proposed Amendments and would be consistent with the amendments made to the
Indenture.
The Consent Solicitation is scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on July 27, 2010, unless EAST,
in its sole discretion, extends the period during which the Consent Solicitation is open to another date. The Proposed
Amendments require the co
