New name accentuates company’s commitment to employing an all American workforce.

American Support. The new American Support brand, powered by CSG Systems, represents the company’s
commitment to keeping 100% of its employees on American soil from having more than half of its workforce in
the Philippines just two years ago. With its all American customer service and technical support team, American
Support is ideally positioned to assist video, voice and data companies grow their subscriber base while increasing
their ARPU.
