Akridge Adds Two Senior Staff
New Director of Building Services and Vice President of Marketing Join Firm

WASHINGTON--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Akridge is pleased to announce the addition of Richard E.
Manzolina and Lisa V. Steen to the company's management team. Mr. Manzolina, Director of Building Services, will
be involved with the management of the more than 60 on-site staff working in all Akridge-managed buildings. Ms.
Steen, Vice President of Marketing, will lead the company's marketing, communications and public relations efforts.
"We are happy to welcome Richard and Lisa to Akridge," said company president Matthew J. Klein. "While their
respective day-to-day roles will be quite different, both are seasoned professionals who reflect and embrace our
culture of service."
Mr. Manzolina is an engineering and facilities executive with 18 years of industry experience, specializing in
improving property appearance, operating efficiency, expense margins, and asset longevity through careful
maintenance programs and capital reinvestment. Prior to joining the Akridge team, Mr. Manzolina held management
positions in engineering and property operations with the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, Hilton
Hotels, and the Waldorf Astoria. He maintains a Certified Engineering Operations Executive designation, and is
also a regular guest lecturer at his alma matter, Cornell University.
Ms. Steen is a communications professional with broad experience in creative services, branding, and marketing
campaigns. Over the past 25 years, she has developed materials and messages for Clients in all sectors, including
award-winning work for such diverse interests as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Cellular
Telephone Industry Association, and Celestial Seasonings. Ms. Steen previously served as creative director for
Communique Real Estate in Denver and as a vice president with Ogilvy Public Relations.
