CrossCheck President and CEO Siembieda Named
a Most Influential Leader

ROHNERT PARK, Calif.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--CrossCheck, Inc., the nation’s third largest check
approval and guarantee company, announced today that president and CEO J. David Siembieda was named one of
the “Most Influential Leaders in the North Bay” by the North Bay Business Journal, a publication featuring business
news, data and trends for the North San Francisco Bay Area: Sonoma, Marin and Napa counties.
The North Bay Business Journal’s “Influential Leaders” profiles a variety of industry icons and inspirational business
professionals. Siembieda was asked to provide advice to emerging leaders, share his early business successes and
offer insights for weathering the current economic environment.
Siembieda has been the president and CEO of CrossCheck since 2000. In addition, he is chairman of the board for
Optio Solutions, a debt management company also headquartered in Rohnert Park, California. He serves on the
board of directors for the Electronic Transaction Association, an international trade association serving the needs of
organizations that provide transaction processing products and he is a member of the advisory board for The Green
Sheet, a financial services publication. In 2007 Siembieda was named to the North Bay Business Journal’s “Forty
under 40” list that recognizes upcoming North Bay professionals.
