Emtec Rebrands Its KOAN-IT Subsidiary

announced that it has unified the IT consulting services of KOAN-IT under the Emtec brand. Renaming the
subsidiary reflects Emtec’s move toward consolidating and integrating its comprehensive portfolio of IT services and
solutions under a single brand. This provides customers and partners with a single point of reference and builds
greater awareness for Emtec and its strength as a leading systems integrator within its target markets including
government, education, healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, retail, pharmaceutical and gaming.
