EMRISE Corporation Announces Extension of
Relationship with Boenning & Scattergood, Inc. as
Financial Advisor
Will Assist Company with Strategic Growth Initiatives Designed to Enhance Stockholder Value

DURHAM, N.C.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--EMRISE CORPORATION, (NYSE Arca: ERI), a multi-
national manufacturer of defense, aerospace and industrial electronic devices and communications equipment, today
announced that it has extended the engagement of Philadelphia-based Boenning & Scattergood, Inc., as its exclusive
financial advisor through June 30, 2011, to support the Company’s growth strategy. As EMRISE executes its
strategic business plans, which are designed to enhance stockholder value, Boenning will assist the Company in
identifying and negotiating potential strategic merger, acquisition or alliance opportunities, and provide general
financial advisory and support services.
EMRISE Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Carmine T. Oliva, said the Company has built a strong
relationship with Boenning over the last 14 months. Working closely with EMRISE and its other advisors, Boenning
assisted the Company in the August 2010 sale of its Advanced Control Components, Inc. (ACC) subsidiary and
was instrumental in the successful conclusion of the debt settlement and warrant buyback negotiations with the
Company’s previous principal lender. Boenning also played a key role in negotiating the $2.8 million loan with the
former principal shareholders of ACC, as partial payment of the deferred payment obligations owed. In addition,
Boenning assisted in the March 2010 sale of the Company’s RO Associates division.
