While the debate continues to swirl around the importance of email vs. social media in our daily lives, Osterman Research recently c
and found that 94 percent of respondents still believe that email is the most valuable tool for getting work done. Only 27 percent of
indicated that Twitter is a valuable tool, followed by Facebook at 13 percent.
