Director of Business Development
The Director of Business Development, under the general supervision of the President and in coordination with the
Director of Business Administration, is the full-time Director of all marketing and product sales for the organization.
The position requires excellent written, presentation, and oral communications as well as the ability to think

organization. The role of the Director of Business Development requires a unique combination of creative and
analytical talents - being able to conceptualize new ideas, research those ideas, and evaluate them objectively from a
marketing and financial standpoint. Hugworks has a small, very dedicated staff and this position will require
flexibility in time management in order to play a supportive role for other team members, as needed.

distribution channels, and assisting creative staff with new product development which will result in consistent sales

presentations and resources which will place us at the top of the list for healthcare/education professionals and parents
seeking “state of the art and heart” children’s audio/video resources.
