The enclosed menus feature a selection of our most
popular items. These are only suggestions, and our
Chef would be delighted to arrange banquet menus
to suit your particular requirements.
The catering office must be notified of the number of
guests to be served 48 hours prior to the function. On
weekends, we require a 72 hour guarantee. The hotel
will provide service and seating for 5% over the
guaranteed number for groups of 25 guests or more.
All alcoholic beverages served in our function rooms,
licensed by the N.S.L.C., must be provided by the Hotel.
It is a policy, therefore, that alcoholic beverages cannot
be brought into a function from outside sources,
including all donated liquor. A $25 charge will apply for
glasses and ice set ups in Hospitality Rooms and Suites.
Payment on all accounts is net 30 days.
Clients requesting credit must allow three weeks for
processing and establishing credit. For private parties, a
50% deposit is required at time of booking. The balance
to be paid in full within one week following the function.

Due to City and Provincial Health Regulations,
Cambridge Suites does not allow clients to bring in
food from an outside source. Cambridge Suites will be
pleased to provide any specialty items requested.
All prices quoted are subject to applicable taxes and
15% gratuity unless otherwise noted.
Cancellation must be received at least 21 days in
advance of the function date to avoid penalties.
Cancellations received 15 to 21 days in advance are
subject to a penalty of 25% of the meeting room rental
