DEED OF SALE
ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN:
It is hereby recorded that the headings to the clauses in this Agreement are
inserted for information only and will have no relevance in the interpretation.
The singular shall be deemed to include the plural (and vice versa) and the
one sex the others.
The SELLER hereby sells to the PURCHASER, who purchases from the
SELLER the under mentioned immovable property, namely:
Registration Division ET, Province of KwaZulu-Natal
The purchase price of the PROPERTY shall be the sum of R

Immediately after the SELLER has signed this Deed of Sale, the
PURCHASER shall pay a deposit of R
to the SELLER's attorneys who shall invest the same in an interest
bearing account, interest accruing to the PURCHASER/SELLER.
The balance of the purchase price shall be paid to the SELLER, his
order, heirs, Executors, Administrators or assigns, against registration
of transfer of the PROPERTY in the name of the PURCHASER. The
PURCHASER shall be obliged to furnish, on demand, to the
SELLER's attorneys, Nico van Zyl Inc, a guarantee, acceptable to the
SELLER, issued by a recognised South African financial institution.
The said guarantee shall provide for payment of the purchase price or
balance thereof to the SELLER against registration of transfer.
This sale is subject to the suspensive condition that this agreement will lapse
unless the PURCHASER obtains on or before
