Co-founder of Gaggle.Net Sells Interest to Launch Web Division of FTC

On Thursday, October 22, 2009, Michael Kessler, co-founder and Vice President of Gaggle.Net,
announced that he has sold his ownership in the company to his business partner and co-founder,
Jeff Patterson, to pursue the launch of WebFTC, a wholly owned subsidiary of FTC Publishing.

and Vice President of Gaggle.Net, announced that he has sold his ownership in the company to his business
partner and co-founder, Jeff Patterson, to pursue the launch of WebFTC, a wholly owned subsidiary of FTC
Publishing.
Kessler founded FTC Publishing 15 years ago, Gaggle.Net 10 years ago, and now has decided to focus his energy
on the launch of FTC's newest division, WebFTC. "FTC has been providing both software and print resources to
K-12 school districts for 15 years, though as technology has changed, we felt it was time that FTC changed with
it," said Kessler. "With the release of our latest in Web 2.0 technology, MyVRSpot, we feel we have developed a
