• Senior advisor for JSI Liberia portfolio, providing broad strategic direction for 11 different projects
worth $80 million focused on rebuilding Liberia after 20 years of conflict.
• Develop and oversee JSI’s strategic country plan.
• Manage key relationships with the Government of Liberia, private foundations, and donor
governments, including USAID, World Bank and private sector companies.
• Advisor Liberia Philanthropic Secretariat and Liberia Foundation.
• Lead corporate focal point on U.S. Foreign Assistance Reform.

• Led all aspects of JSI’s involvement in restoring Liberia’s health sector.
• Co-authored successful proposal for Rebuilding Basic Health Services, a $65 million 5-year bilateral
USAID project
• Established Liberia Corporate Office. Hired and managed local staff.
• Managed the Scott Fellows program with the Center for Global Development, a $2 million multi -
year initiative funded by private foundations to support President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf.
• Developed and launched President’s Young Professional Program. Secured initial funding of
$300,000
• Provided technical assistance to Minister of Health and Senior Staff in the areas of contracting health
services, aid coordination, the development of a national mental health policy.
