Several superstar chefs with noted celebrity clientele have established Caribbean culinary
outposts at Atlantis Paradise Island, offering fine-dining options through the entire resort. Chefs,

Vacationing gourmands can satisfy their taste buds at Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s famed restaurant, Nobu,
through a glowing green archway, just off the Atlantis Casino floor. The restaurant's perennial popularity
and devoted following are a tribute to the Chef putting his own spin on traditional Japanese fare. A
large bar and entryway provide seating for dinner guests as well as those simply looking to relax with a
glass of wine or cocktail. In addition to two small-scale dining areas on either side of the main dining
space, the hidden “jewel” of Nobu is the sake cellar.
This intimate twelve-person dining area is located inside a domed tower, where resort guests can
enjoy dinner in a room lined with sake bottles and windows providing breathtaking views of Atlantis
Paradise Island’s marina. Over 700 bottles of Nobu’s exclusive sake adorn the walls and encase the diners.
