Job Description-Account Executive
An Account Executive is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new
and potential customers of Event Technology Services. The Association Sales position is
focused on selling and servicing associations and meetings across North America.
Sales: An Account Executive is responsible for prospecting and selling to potential
associations who hold educational meetings and tradeshows across North America.
An Account Executive is responsible for building relationships associations and event
management companies. The applicant must be able to achieve sales goals and
Account Management: Ongoing account management liaison between the clients
and the Project Managers and Technicians that service the event. Ensure that client
satisfaction is being maintained through regular follow up.
Industry Functions & Continuing Education: Attend industry functions and educational
opportunities to network and prospect new customers
Travel: ETS is a Dallas, TX based company that services events throughout North
America. As events and companies that service them are located throughout the US,
travel can be over 50%
Job Requirements: Minimum five years audiovisual sales and management
experience in the association market. Bachelor’s degree preferred but industry
experience in lieu of is acceptable. Excellent customer service skills to include face to
face, written and phone skills. Computer skills including all Microsoft Office programs.
Compensation: Compensation includes salary and performance based bonus as well
as profit sharing
