Dana Hayman has joined as SVP & GM – CRM Strategy and Analytics. With over 17 years of consulting and
analytics experience, Dana has held leadership positions with companies like multi-channel marketing provider
ClickSquared and Epsilon. Dana holds a Masters Marketing Research degree from the University of Georgia and a
Marketing degree from the University of Maine.
Carol Franczek has joined as VP–Client Services. Carol brings over 25 years of rich experience of working in
leadership positions in marketing, market research and general management in both large corporations and start-ups.
She has worked with Clorox, Kraft and Information Resources. Carol received her MBA from Columbia University,
New York and also holds an MPH from Columbia University.
Heather Kluter has joined as Director-Client Services, with over 15 years of experience in consumer insights, brand
strategy and product development. She has held positions on both the supplier and client side. She worked with
Hyundai Motor America to develop brand strategy and go-to-market concepts. Heather holds a Marketing degree
from San Diego State University and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
