Emralon® TW-044
Water-based, resin bonded, flexible, fluoropolymer coating
DESCRIPTION
Emralon TW-044 is one of a series of resin-bonded lubricant coatings designed to provide
dry film lubrication and release properties in automotive applications.
Emralon TW-044 is a single component coating well suited for use on EPDM rubbers and
other flexible substrates. It is designed for application temperatures from 21°C (70°F) to
121°C (250°F). The cured coating is black, flexible and provides excellent wear resistance
and noise suppression. It is not abrasive to painted surfaces, and provides excellent ice
release characteristics when used on primary door seals. Emralon TW-044 is also re-
coatable.
