FreMantle Media Services Leases Space
Representing Largest New Lease Transaction in 2006 in Burbank
Burbank, CA -- (October, 2006) -- CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (CBRE) announced today that Alameda Enterprise,
Inc. agreed to lease two (2) full floors of Class A office space to FreMantle Media Services. FreMantle will be
taking the 3rd and 4th floors at 4000 W. Alameda Avenue, totaling approximately 41,486 square feet.
CB Richard Ellis Executive Vice President, Douglas P. Marlow of the firm’s Universal City Office and Senior Vice
President, Nico M. Vilgiate of the firm’s Downtown Los Angeles Office represented the landlord, Alameda
Enterprise, Inc. in this seven (7) year transaction valued in excess of $10 million.
The tenant was represented by Craig Jablin and Arlene Sommer of Studley.
FreMantle’s lease commitment comes with building top signage at 4000 W. Alameda Avenue. The tenant will
be consolidating facilities in Santa Monica and West Los Angeles by relocating to Burbank. This lease
commitment represents the largest new lease transaction executed in 2006 in Burbank.
4000 W. Alameda Avenue is a six (6) story Class A office building, located in the heart of the Media District.
