Leadership Associates, Inc. today announced that they have signed a formal strategic
alliance agreement. Both firms provide strategic advisory and consulting services to the
global legal market.
Legal management consultancy Altman Weil has served the profession for four decades
with thought leadership on strategy, management, finance, mergers, compensation, and
business development. Project Leadership Associates is the largest independent
business and technology consultancy serving the US legal industry, offering a full
spectrum of services from strategic execution and operational guidance, to legal
applications and infrastructure design and delivery.
