fundamentals of commercial real estate transactions.
Your wish is our command! Commercial Real Estate Transactions: The
Fundamentals is here for 2008!
This program picks up where the May 2007 program left off. After an
introduction to the unique aspects of commercial real estate transactions
that distinguish them from residential transactions, we will devote a full
one hour and 20 minutes to digging into the details of a typical purchase
and sale transaction for commercial real estate.
The next segment in our program provides practical advice on commercial
real estate transaction financing and how that area of the law is changing
in response to changes in our economy.
