This Rental Agreement is executed at the above location on the above date between Belmont Shore
Condominiums, hereinafter called OWNER, and the above named individual, hereinafter called
The following conditions have been read, approved and agreed to by the Occupant. The Occupant
acknowledges receipt of a copy of this Agreement, which is printed on both sides.
1. DESCRIPTION. Owner leases to Occupant and Occupant leases from Owner an individual
Supplemental Storage Locker as identified above. Occupant is only renting space herein.
Occupant has examined the locker and has found it to be satisfactory for personal storage.
2. RENT AND TERMS. There is a minimum fee of twelve (12) months rent. Occupant shall pay to
Owner twelve (12) months rent in advance. All payments are to be in United States currency.
There shall be no pro-ration of rent. Any adjustments in rental rate will be communicated thirty
(30) days in advance and will become effective with the annual renewal. The Occupant has the
option to extend the Rental Agreement for an additional twelve (12) month period by completing
a new Rental Agreement form and paying, in advance, for twelve (12) additional months.
3. VACATING. Occupant agrees to give owner ten (10) days written notice of their intent not to
renew their Rental Agreement or their moving from the Belmont Shore Condominium property.
This Rental Agreement may be terminated immediately by the Owner in the event that the
