high Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) rating. The ideal ratings range from
78% to 90%.

which has a high Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER). Central air conditioning
units which are available in the market these days have a minimum of 13 SEER, although
there are some models which have 14 or a higher SEER.
