Give your neighborhood ghosts, ghoulies and colorful Halloween characters of
to carry their tasty treasures!
10.19.2009 – This Halloween give the environment a special treat -- buy and use an
Albertsons green reusable grocery bag when you shop on Oct. 22nd. That’s when
Albertsons Intermountain West stores (Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Washington and
Wyoming) will be hosting their next “Pay it Forward” reusable shopping bag
On the morning of Oct. 22nd, Albertsons will be giving away a free reusable bag to
the first customer in line. As customers receive their bag they will be invited to “Pay it
Forward” by purchasing a bag for the next customer. That’s all there is to it. With
Halloween just around the corner, Albertsons reusable grocery bags are a perfect
way for trick or treaters of all ages to collect their candied treasures! Buy a bag and
give it your favorite little goblin or character.
A reusable bag is the best solution to using plastic bags. It helps reduce our carbon

Together we can make the world a greener place, one Albertsons reusable grocery
bag at a time.
