The Workforce Development Branch, HRD has identified a targeted array of executive development opportunities. These offerings are selected to
address the five Executive Qualifications, and vary in locations, formats, and duration. Offerings are organized in an Executive Learning Menu, and are
classified under a primary Executive Core Qualification (ECQ), although most address two or more ECQs. Web links, where available, are displayed in
blue immediately below each offering.

Collaborating Across Organizational Boundaries - Identify and solve the problems
of sharing resources, decision-making, and ownership of outcomes with other
organizations. This is an interactive workshop with lecture and discussion
sessions, case studies, a structured simulation, guest speakers, and a few readings.
