ATASCOCITA TRAILS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
CLUBHOUSE RENTAL AGREEMENT
The Atascocita Trails H.O.A. Board of Directors has adopted the following rules governing
the rental and use of the clubhouse. The clubhouse is available for rental and use by civic
groups and residents of the Trails. The rules and regulations MUST be observed at all times.
Community functions, i.e. Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts will not be charged a fee for the use of the
clubhouse. Regular monthly meetings should be placed on the calendar for the entire year.
1. The clubhouse may be rented by any member of the TRAILS H.O.A. provided
that they are at least 21 years old and all maintenance fees due to the association
are current. Members renting the clubhouse must be present during the function.
2. A $250.00 deposit will be required to rent the clubhouse. This deposit will be
required at the time of rental and upon receipt of the clubhouse keys. A $50.00
rental fee is also required. Upon a Board Member viewing the condition of the
Clubhouse, the deposit check will be refunded if the clubhouse is in the same
condition as when rented. Failure to notify the management company (281-852-
1155) of cancellation of rental seven (7) days prior to rental will result in
forfeiture of your deposit.
3. Members renting the clubhouse will be responsible to ensure compliance to all
Laws enacted by the State of Texas and for reasonable conduct expected of all
residents and their guests at the clubhouse, to include the surrounding grounds.
Members will be responsible to notify the Harris County Constables Department
should such not occur. In the event the Constables are notified, the function will
be discontinued by the Board of Directors, and all the rental deposits will be
forfeited for this function.
4. Members renting the clubhouse will be responsible and accountable to pay for
repairs to any damage caused to the clubhouse or grounds during the event, even
if the damage is in excess of the deposit.
