REGISTRATION, U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, IN
ADVANCE OF YOUR SIGNING THE CONTRACT OR AGREEMENT, THE CONTRACT
OR AGREEMENT OF SALE MAY BE CANCELLED AT YOUR OPTION FOR TWO YEARS
