Note: Deadlines for BAYSA Member Clubs will be earlier than the dates listed here. Be sure to check with the
appropriate person within your Member Club for their deadlines. Dates with asterisk(*) indicate STYSA estimated
deadlines; refer to their calendar on the STYSA website.

Registration Period begins – Players may be rostered and teams may be activated for the fall in Affinity as of
this date. The movement of players between teams after this date must be processed as transfers.

Initial batch print jobs for adult and player cards begin. After initial print job, begin weekly procedure of
requests into association registrar by Tuesdays and cards ready by Thursdays.
