Merger Expands ESI’s Product Line to Include Logistics and Order-to-Cash Management for Pipeline,

HOUSTON--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Energy Solutions International, Inc. (ESI), a leading supplier of
software solutions to worldwide oil and gas pipeline companies, today announced it has merged with Houston-based
Entessa Inc., a leading provider of logistics management software for the oil and gas supply chain. Details of the
transaction were not disclosed.
Entessa’s technology platform, Synthesis™, complements ESI’s suite of solutions for the energy industry. The
expanded portfolio enables ESI to provide a comprehensive solution for end-to-end supply chain management in the
energy transportation sector.
