of OPN eHealth Services, Ltd.

acquisition of the assets of OPN eHealth Services, Ltd., formerly known as Ohio Provider Network (OPN), an
Ohio based provider network. Coalition America will offer its clients immediate access to these providers through its
comprehensive cost containment solutions.
