First Step: Backing Up Your Wordpress
Database
To start transferring your blog, I highly recommend you to
make a database backup through phpMyAdmin. If you do not
have phpMyAdmin on your hosting, kindly follow SitePoint’s
tutorial on how to do a database backup over at
http://www.sitepoint.com/article/backing-up-database.
phpMyAdmin allows you to access your database through
webpage and eases your transferring processes.
You can access to your site’s phpMyAdmin by simply going to
the cPanel via this URL, http://www.(yourdomainname)/cpanel.

name has propagated and you have to make sure that the
hosting that you are using are using cPanel.
In this screenshot, you can actually find the phpMyAdmin icon
in your cPanel.
