I- Purpose:
To establish a procedure to take the samples that
represent adequately the blocks to be analyzed with the
intention to confirm compliance with the MRL’s levels of
the intend country to export.
The Residue analysis is a “Control Measure” to verify the
compliance with the correct practices of Pesticide
applications according to Global GAP standard.
II- Method:
Frequency: A Pesticide residue analysis will be conduct
for each variety or block that received different pesticide
treatment.
Sampling: When the bunches are ready to harvest in the
blocks, the samples taken before harvest of the variety or
block, a representative sample taken randomly, selecting
bunches that comply with the export quality standards.
Collection of sample: Sample collected should be most
