butter

Cocoa dusted venison served atop Spanish Madeira and blackberry risotto finished with
balsamic glaze
Paired with 2006 Silver Oak Cabernet, Alexander Valley

Black truffle and cracked black pepper encrusted buffalo tenderloin accompanied by
roasted root vegetables and a splash of Silver Oak Cabernet reduction
